Interventional Physiatrist

Marc Rosenblatt, DO

Dr. Rosenblatt is a physician board certified in Interventional Physiatry. His residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation was at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center. Dr. Rosenblatt received additional training in interventional pain management with Dr. Phil Fisher at the Huntington Spine Pain and Rehabilitation Center.
Dr. Rosenblatt has additional board certification in Pain Medicine, Pain Management, and Sports Medicine. He is chairman of both the departments of Pain Management and Rehabilitation Medicine at two hospitals, and practices at three others. In addition, he teaches in medical schools, hospitals, and lectures at public interest groups.
Dr. Rosenblatt is skilled at performing muscle and nerve testing. He focuses on treating patients with neck, back, and musculoskeletal pain by utilizing medication, physical techniques, and injection therapy.

John DeLisi, DC

Dr. John DeLisi is a graduate of the outstanding Palmer College of Chiropractice in Davenport, Iowa, and has over 25 years of experience. While practicing in California, Dr. DeLisi completed extensive post-graduate training in the field of industrial injuries. He was recognized as a Qualified Medical Evaluator for the California Workers Compensation system, and has evaluated numerous occupational injuries for permanent disability.
In addition to his training in the treatment and evaluation of injustrial injuries, Dr. DeLisi obtained certification in Sports & Recreational Injures sponsored by the American Chiropractic Association. In 1998 he completed training in cervical trauma sponsored by the Spine Research Institute of San Diego. Presently, Dr. DeLisi is pursuing additional study in clinical neurology.
Dr. DeLisi is skilled in various methods of spinal manipulation, spinal rehabilitative exercises, and counseling with life-style modifications to improve postural efficiency. He also incorporates physical modalities into his treatment protocols.
Dr. DeLisi's techniques are specific and gentle, designed specifically for the needs of each individual patient.

Eleazar "Von" Incabo is a licensed physical therapist who provides hands-on therapy for the relief of pain, injury, and musculoskeletal problems. He has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, treating both musculoskeletal and neurological problems. Von has extensive experience treating neck, back and extremity pain; due to trauma, arthritic changes, or cumulative disorders, e.g. repetitive strain. In addition to manual skills such as myofacial release, soft tissue and joint mobilization, Von uses electro-physical agents and modalities. He also focuses on education and instruction to promote recovery and avert future problems.
